Beyond

Beyond is the local, regional, and global missions efforts across all 4 church locations connected to C3 Church North Perth. Each year we commit to prayerfully consider how we will give our time, energy, and finances to share the love and grace of Jesus.

For more information on Beyond and to read about all the local, regional and global missions initiatives we support for 2024-25 please visit C3 Church Hepburn Heights website.

Salvo’s Street Outreach

Partnering with the Perth City Salvation Army we offer support to those sleeping rough in inner city Perth through their weekend Street Outreach Team. This mobile service provides hot meals and drinks for those sleeping in various locations around the city from 6pm-late. The team also distributes warm clothing, blankets/sleeping bags, hygiene/care packs and referrals to the exisiting Salvo’s Doorways emergency relief and case management programs.

A lot of those on the streets eagerly await the presence of the van, it’s welcoming faces and the help that the street team provides. It is a critical service that is only made possible through the generous time given by each volunteer.

If you have any questions, you’re interested in volunteering on a Saturday night or would like to help prepare supplies for the teams, please speak with Michael Clark/Michaela Seneque or fill out the form below.

Please note, the Salvation Army offer further onboarding/training when joining the Street Outreach Team, and require certain paperwork and police checks to be filled out before committing to a regular roster.

St Luke’s Open Door

Every Friday and Saturday morning between 9am-12noon the St Luke’s parish opens their Open Door community op shop & garden for the public to donate and purchase pre-loved clothing, homewares, bric-a-brac and collectables. All proceeds of the Op Shop go toward funding the parish’s various Open Door community initiatives including a fortnightly worship service, lunch and food pantry for those with mental health challenges in the local community. The public are also always welcome to stay longer for a cuppa and chat, or to explore the community garden.

We’re always looking for more friendly faces to help volunteer with sorting and cleaning donations, customer service, making cups of tea/coffee, gardening, food/pantry preparations and setup/pack down of the space.

If you’re passionate about building a sense of community and care within the St Luke’s parish or would just like to do your bit to help, please speak with Maree Hays (from St Luke’s) or Michaela Seneque (of C3 North Perth), or fill out the form below.
