Go Beyond is the local, regional, and global missions efforts of C3 North Perth, and our 3 other church locations: C3 Hepburn Heights, C3 The Bukit (Bali), and C3 Jigalong (The Pilbara).
Each year, we commit together to prayerfully consider how we will give of our time, energy, and finances to share the gospel.
Before Jesus returned to the Father, He didn’t hand His followers a strategy; He gave them a promise…
“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses.” — Acts 1:8
As a church, we are called to live out of that same promise: to receive His Spirit, step beyond comfort, and bear witness to Jesus in word and life. Moving toward people in prayer, giving generously of our lives, and carrying His light wherever we go.
To learn more about our Go Beyond initiatives, please read our 2026/27 PDF booklet. You can also find more info about our other church locations on C3 Hepburn Heights’ website.
To financially partner with C3 North Perth’s ‘Go Beyond’ initiatives, please submit a Faith Commitment online/in person.

We believe everyone should have the chance to explore the Christian faith, ask questions and share their point of view.
Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explore life, faith and meaning in a safe and honest space. Each Alpha talk looks at a different question around the Christian faith and is designed around a short ‘Alpha talk’ film to generate open conversation.
Throughout the eight sessions, we explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity, addressing questions from Who is Jesus? and How can we have faith? to Why and how do I pray? and Is there more to life than this?
Our church’s Alpha team run Alpha twice a year at St Luke’s Maylands for anyone exploring faith in our local community, with the hope of hosting rolling groups each term.
We believe artists carry a unique ability to share God’s redemptive story through beauty, wonder, and truth.
Many people are often spiritually curious but currently disconnected from the Church. We aim to meet them where they are and open doors for gospel encounters through the arts.
Creative Workshops & Events: We will continue to gather local creatives, build community, share skills and use our lives to tell the story of the gospel. Follow the links to learn more about / partner with our Creative Pursuits or monthly MAKE MEND GROW creative workshops.
Creative Grants: We will create financial margin to support local Christian creatives with gospel-shaped ideas and projects. Follow the link to find out more info or to apply for a ‘Go Beyond’ creative grant.
Together, we pray these initiatives will grow and cultivate a gospel-focused community where faith and art can grow alongside each other.
We partner with St Luke’s Anglican Church in Maylands on Friday and Saturday mornings between 10am-1pm in the ‘Open Door’ Op Shop & Community Garden. Each weekend, St Luke’s opens its doors to the local community to purchase and donate pre-loved clothing, homewares, bric-a-brac and collectables. All proceeds of the Op Shop go toward funding the parish’s costs and outreach initiatives. Locals are also welcome to join the volunteers for a cuppa, chat, prayer or explore the community garden.
We’re always looking for more friendly faces to:
– Sort and sell donations
– Serve customers on the front desk or make cups of tea and coffee
– Clean and maintain the Op Shop Hall, Community Garden, Chapel and church grounds
– Be available for prayer in the Chapel during Op Shop hours
– Set up and pack down the space each Thursday evening & Saturday afternoon
Once a month on a Monday evening, we partner with St Luke’s Anglican Church in Maylands to host an ecumenical* Community Dinners for the wider community. Through these dinners, we aim to create a hospitable space to promote unity across churches in Perth, share faith stories with those spiritually curious, and celebrate a feast in the church calendar together.
We’re always looking for more like-minded folk to help with cooking and preparing the space to host people from all across our city. If you’re interested in joining the team, please sign up using our online form, and someone from the team will be in contact.
*Ecumenical is a term we use to refer to the initiatives and perspectives we hold for promoting unity, cooperation, and understanding across different Christian faith denominations in the city of Perth. We aim to work together to create spaces where we can each learn from one another and foster harmonious and respectful relationships.
Support those most vulnerable on the streets of Perth as we partner with both The Salvation Army & Perth Homeless Support Group Street Outreach and donation drives.
If you’re interested in learning more about our Street Outreach options throughout the week or would like to help sort and pack care packs and donations, please sign up using our online form, and someone from the team will be in contact.
We see our role as not merely a church in the city, but a church for the city.
We believe the City of Perth needs deep roots—not quick fixes. Sacred rhythms and a lasting presence.
The Greenhouse Fund seeds long-term gospel presence in the city. It’s not about buildings alone, but about creating spaces for collective prayer, worship, discipleship, creativity and mission—with generational impact.

We faithfully look beyond the present and prayerfully trust God to grow what we sow together.
*A greenhouse is a protected space, where new life begins—where seeds take root & young growth is nurtured before planting.

God is calling us into global mission, to partner with what He is already doing, in places we are already connected to.
This year, we are leaning into the following areas:
> C3 The Bukit (Bali): Strengthening discipleship support & mission trip
> Mexico City: Supporting our friends and local missionary family ‘The Favertys’ at YWAM Mexico City
> South Africa: Supporting Pat Hudson on her mission trips
> C3 Jigalong (The Pilbara): Strengthening our prayer for the ministry team to discern our ongoing support.
Let’s strengthen existing partnerships by prayer for, supporting and sending people to serve different cultures within their context—learning and responding with prayerful action.
IJM is a global Christian organisation working to end slavery and violence against vulnerable people in poverty. Their comprehensive approach includes partnering with governments, improving law enforcement, conducting rescue operations, and providing long-term care & counselling for survivors
Through Go Beyond, we support IJM in:
In our culture, we must challenge consumerism and distorted desire. IJM helps us respond spiritually and practically to reflect God’s justice & freedom on earth.
